Oh my, how The Real Estate Industry’s technology has progressed in the past 29 years in which I have been privileged to assist clients in this ever-changing field!
In 1980 with the interest rates hovering around 18%, there was very little sharing of information from broker to broker except by flyers and an extremely basic “MLS” network (via a bi-weekly book the size of the old Sears and Roebuck Catalogue). We have NOW PROGRESSED to BLOGGING and our faithful sidekicks, the LAPTOP and the DIGITAL CAMERA!!
